By creating an account or using QuizMaster, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
One Account Per User: Each user is permitted to have only one active account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be suspended or terminated.
Fair Play: Users must play fairly and not use any cheating methods, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
Quiz Rules: Each quiz has specific rules that must be followed. Rules are displayed before each quiz begins.
Results: All quiz results are final and binding. QuizMaster reserves the right to review and verify results for fairness.
Earning Rewards: Users can earn cash rewards by winning quizzes and competitions. Reward amounts are subject to change at QuizMaster's discretion.
Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. Valid KYC documents are required for withdrawals above ₹10,000.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings as per Indian tax laws.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on QuizMaster are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
QuizMaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
